The original customer purchasing IT-CEO product is covered under IT-CEO warranty service for the defined warranty period, starting from the date of original purchase.

 

 

II. Warranty Beneficiary

 

The original purchaser is covered by this warranty. Identity verification and proof of purchase will be required for warranty service.

If no proof of purchase (receipt, or invoice of purchase) can be presented upon request, IT-CEO cannot be held responsible for warranty service.

 

III. Warranty Voidance

 

It is important to note that our warranty is not an unconditional guarantee for the duration of the service. IT-CEO warranty service does not cover the following (but not limited to) situations:

Any damages unrelated to manufacturing defects;

Any unsuitable environment or use of the product, as determined by IT-CEO;

Any product modification without official permission from IT-CEO, or on which the serial number or warranty sticker has been defaced, modified, or removed;

Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, etc., or failure to follow instructions included with the product;

Unauthorized repairs to an IT-CEO product will void the warranty;

Product damage during transportation;

IT-CEO reserves the right to refuse to service any product which does come in line with our warranty policy.
